Our software development team is based in Sligo and we are looking for an experienced software developer to join our team so we can continue to grow our portfolio of mobile and desktop applications for clinicians and patients.

You should have a solid background in object-oriented software development of desktop, mobile or server applications and be passionate about the art of programming and enjoy working in an agile development environment.

We are Agile, with 3-weekly sprints, daily scrums, use JIRA and equip our team with large iMacs, dual monitors, an abundance of RAM, high speed SSD drives etc. empowering us to create the most awesome software running on Windows, Macs, iPhones, iPads, Android phones & tablets and Amazon Alexa devices.

Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Bournemouth, Dorset

We are looking for a friendly individual to assist in our new medical eye clinic in Bournemouth, where we provide a Community Ophthalmology Service on behalf of the NHS.

Daily duties will include:

  • Meet and greet patients
  • Pre-screening tests
  • Updating patient records

Skills we are looking for:

  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A friendly attitude
  • Clinical experience desired, but not essential

Other information:

  • We will provide full training in our head office and flagship clinic, this may require travel and time away from home.
  • Position available from 1st September 2018.

We run HES-style clinics focussing on glaucoma, external eye, oculoplasticsand basic OMR/vitretall within a robust clinical governance framework. Where necessary we offer consultant telemedicine review.

Business Support Administrator

Henley-on-Thames, Oxon

As a Business Support Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant and assisting with aspects of people and time organisation, office and facilities management and providing strong administration support.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic person; who can work well under pressure and is able to grow and develop with the company as we expand.

Duties include:

  • Assistant the bookkeeper with;
    • Monthly self-billing invoices to our affiliates
    • Expenses for senior staff members
    • Processing of purchase invoices
  • Office Management;
    • Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper for Directors
    • Assisting with facilities management and ordering of consumables
    • Opening and distributing post and ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times
    • Coordination of internal and external meetings and managing the central company diary
    • Managing the company central contact list
    • Organising travel and accommodation for Senior Leadership Team members
  • Administrative duties;
    • Assisting with Event Management when necessary
    • Assist with Human Resources function when necessary
    • General administration support to include correspondence, emails, documents, presentations and reports, within the evolutio branding guidelines
    • Providing administrative assistance to our partners VSP
    • Assisting with our Social Media accounts; facebook, twitter, linkedin
    • Providing assistance to the Executive Assistant, CEO, COO and management team as required
  • Additional duties (covering absences of the referral team);
    • Answering queries from medical professionals in relating to ophthalmology queries
    • Loading ophthalmology referrals in a timely and accurate manner

Key Skills:
